Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with original tags intact and in original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

Damaged & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), custom-made products (special orders and personalized items) and personal care products (cosmetics and beauty goods). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The returned items must meet the same requirements: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, plus valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods to confirm whether your refund request is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
