All logistics services adhere to the principles of safety, punctuality, transparency and traceability, and comply with relevant national regulations to ensure cargo and information security. 3. Shipping Methods & Applicable Rules ### 2.1 Full Truckload (FTL) 1. **Definition**: Your goods occupy the entire truck. Shipments are delivered directly from the loading location to the destination without consolidation, transshipment or sorting en route. One truck serves one order and one consignee exclusively. 2. **Applicable Scenarios**: Cargo weight reaches or exceeds 3 tons, or the volume nearly fills a full truck; high-value, fragile, pressure-sensitive, temperature-controlled, oversized or hazardous goods; bulk shipments from factories. 3. **Features**: Direct door-to-door delivery for faster transit; lower risk of damage due to no intermediate handling; flexible truck types, routes and pickup/delivery schedules. 4. **Charging Standard**: Calculated at a flat rate per full truck. Pricing is confirmed prior to shipment. ### 2.2 Less Than Truckload (LTL) 1. **Definition**: Multiple customers’ goods are consolidated into one truck for transportation. Shipments will be sorted and transited at logistics hubs during delivery. 2. **Applicable Scenarios**: Small and medium-sized shipments with insufficient volume for a full truck. 3. **Features**: Cost-effective for small orders; longer delivery lead time compared with FTL due to consolidation and transshipment. 4. **Charging Standard**: Fees are calculated based on actual weight, volume and delivery distance. ### 2.3 Courier Delivery 1. **Applicable Scenarios**: Small parcels, retail orders and daily small-batch shipments. 2. **Delivery Coverage**: Available for domestic mainstream regions. Service coverage varies by courier provider. 3. **Transit Time**: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays or adverse weather. ### 2.4 Cross-Border Logistics 1. **Scope**: For orders delivered to overseas regions including the European Union and other international destinations. 2. **Customs Declaration**: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate documents for customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees or related charges shall be borne by the recipient. 3. **Transit & Risks**: International transit takes 7–15 business days on average. We are not liable for delays, detention or additional costs caused by customs inspection, local regulatory policies and other circumstances beyond our control. ## 3. Shipping Fees 1. Shipping costs vary by shipping method, cargo weight, volume, destination and service type. The exact fee will be displayed during checkout. 2. Unless otherwise stated, listed product prices do not include shipping fees, handling charges, duties and taxes. 3. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Promotional terms shall prevail in case of discrepancy with this policy. ## 4. Delivery & Risk of Loss 1. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We assume no liability for delays caused by carriers, road conditions, weather, customs or other factors beyond our reasonable control. 2. Title and risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you once the cargo is handed over to the designated carrier. ## 5. Cargo Inspection & Exception Handling 1. Please inspect your goods carefully upon receipt. If you find damage, shortage or incorrect items, please contact us immediately and keep relevant photos and proof. 2. Claims for visible damage or missing items will not be accepted after you sign for receipt without reservation. 3. For abnormal issues such as lost or severely damaged goods during transit, we will assist you to file claims with the carrier in accordance with relevant logistics regulations. ## 6. Return Shipping 1. All returns must comply with our Return Policy. Please contact us in advance to complete return approval before sending back items. 2. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our errors such as wrong items, quality defects or delivery mistakes. 3. Unauthorized returned packages will not be accepted. ## 7. Prohibited Items It is forbidden to ship contraband, dangerous goods, flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive articles and other items prohibited by national laws and carrier regulations.
